My closest friends and I had grown up in a Christian home, however at times we struggled with living out our faith in high school. Sitting together for S3 Club Meetings in the H.S. gym helped motivate us to put our faith back as our highest priority. ~Clay, Recent College Graduate

I asked kids how S3 helped them grow as a Christian and they repeatedly told me, “I could understand how God’s Word worked in my life.” The lessons are relevant to students and they learn together that they, as Christians, are the “Church” regardless of being Catholic or Protestant. ~Cindy, Middle School Parent Volunteer

We strive to build our home on strong Christian values, but are keenly aware of “worldly temptations” looming at our door. Clearly the secular world is at war with our faith and our children are tragically caught in the middle. They must be armed to defend their faith in a world determined to win their allegiance. My son’s friend became a Christian at their S3 Fifth Grade Big Send Off Party! He will be in heaven one day because he went to a public school club and heard how to give his life to Christ! ~Ann, Mother of 5
God has poured out blessings through S3 to me and my family. My son entered Middle School with no close friends from elementary school, and now he has a circle, a small one, but a circle of friends who "get" him.
My son connected with these friends in class but bonded with them at S3. As I prayed about S3 one day, God was good to point out that He answered my prayers for friends for my son through S3, specifically as a blessing for my obedience in serving Him in this place.
I also have made new friends through serving at S3, which has been a deep need and prayer request for myself as well. It will be fantastic to have each other and to know our kids will have Christian friends with them in High School. ~Tara, S3 Middle School coordinator
