What does Kindness look like to you? Smiling at pe What does Kindness look like to you? Smiling at people? Giving compliments? Acting nice? The kindness that comes from the Holy Spirit is a kindness beyond what comes natural to us. When Jesus teaches about how many times we are to forgive others he says, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven." (Matthew 18:22) This speaks of unlimited forgiveness!
Jesus also teaches: "You have heard that it is said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” (Matthew 5:43-44)

It's not usually difficult to be kind to our friends or family, but to forgive those who hurt us, and bless and pray for them? That is hard! We need the Holy Spirit to guide us in Kindness.
